Importance and ideas:   a

 

breakfast is very important for kids , it makes their day with energy, improves

their capacity to memorize things, and believe it or not it also disciplines them and improves their ability to concentrate in class. a

its important for older kids not to push them to eat their breakfast if they say they didn't want to , but at least drinking before leaving to school is necessary. and to ask them nicely to eat their breakfast later that morning. a

The breakfast should be light, fast, and it should be something that they like, "so you want fight in the morning :) " ... and it could be a simple sandwich, or cereals with milk , if so try to choose the low sugar , more fibers ones.  a

those who are always rushing can drink milk , or a yogurt,  and for serious breakfast lovers you can suggest Omelet with bread and veggies .  a

 

For drinks , before going out to school again its important to drink , at least tea, water, or soda.  its not advisable drinking sugary drinks , or soft drinks especially kids with over weight ,or with a family history of that. a

put a limited amount of diet drinks for those kids who insist on drinking that. a

 

 

at 10 am meal at school break . a

the best thing to give your kids a sandwich . there are few who don't like that , most of the kids do .  a

make them that sandwich with , cheese , cottage cheese, jam , chocolate . a

its always important to put some kind of veggies in the side . a

a fruit should also be included for the next break or the same break it doesn't matter.  a

but we cant deny those kids who wouldn't want to even taste fruits and veggies, there is no need to try to convince them, within time they will get to eat  and maybe appreciate the healthy side of all these foods. a

for these kids you should give vitamins after counseling your doctor. a

for over weight kids , don't push fruits into their foods, try to work on more veggies. For fruits have relatively higher amount of Calories per 100 gr. a

an averaged size of fruit can reach 50-60 kcal.  a

but if you had to chose between fruit and candy , go for fruits of course. a
