Women working out !!!
Starving yourself to lose weight is set
to fail, and its not for a long term success .Only few women , though, know how
important is the combination of both Balanced diet and sports. And these women
are the only ones who keep their achievements after loosing weight, because most
of us fail to do so because we make wrong choices .
Cardiovascular and resistance training
has proved success for long terms , when combined with a sensible eating for
controlling your body weight .
Getting older , our metabolism doesn't
serve us much as it used to , and so we tend to find the same amount of food
consumed affecting us differently , even when still doing the same activities .
Don't think of exercise as a duty that you have to do , and a task that must be
done , No , because exercise should be thought of as quality time for you and
your soul .
I have just worked out to try to
describe the feeling better . and i am not quite sure if you will get it , while
you are setting on the chair reading this , Its more like a feeling of success ,
achievement , well being and relief , all together in one equation that results
in great body shape !!
People working out are much happier
than inactive people , and much more healthy .
Now , again Gym can be a great
experience if you can afford it .. and it kind of gives you a push seeing all
these people sweating and getting in shape . I remember myself also registering
and having fun while working out too, because its a place to socialize and get
complements for your hard work .
But as a mother and working woman I
couldn't go to gym and so I made my own at home , Having the same results if not
better !
If you are serious about shaping your
body , and having your optimal weight you should think of working out as a
lifestyle and not just a lifestyle , a really beautiful and healthy one
.
I understand its easier to read than to
actually get off this chair and start working out, but all you need as a start
is 10 minutes ..
Give your body a gift of 10 minutes
today , and each day you add up another 5 minutes . Alone you will get addicted
and do even more than you have expected "ask me !!! i was such a lazy girl"
....
