have just woke up and I am drinking my coffee here, thinking how will I start my
day , I don't go to work yet , I take care of my little baby . so ...

thought about actually starting a healthier life today , with all what it
takes , ill be reading about healthy food and giving you tips of what's good and
what's NOT ....

ill be doing sports to get back in shape and have more energy . coz sports gives
you lots of endorphins which is good to moral and good feeling , not to mention
that it shapes your body and makes it with less curves . you can have the same
weight as someone else with sports but having a better shape.

Also if you can combine vegetables and law fat food you will lose a lot . so in
short that's what I am doing .
