Working Out At Home

Its true that working out at
gym is one of the best ways to get fit and to lose weight, but sometimes it cant
be affordable , and if you have kids its almost impossible.
But still you can enjoy the
same results at home, if not better.
The good thing about working
out at home, its that you can fit your own time {it could be while your kids
nap} , or when they are playing . And the other good thing about it is that you
can actually be yourself , wear whatever that makes you feel comfy, and no need
to pay the gym fees !
I myself for a long time have
been a gym fan , but i kind of got the same results at home, after i became a
mother, it became almost impossible to go out without worrying.
So ,to drop a dress size is in
few weeks you need simple items :
A chair , water, a pair of
weights, towel ..
