A day by day DIET program for this
week : a
okay guys lets do this together , its not hard but i do
promise good results . why ? because when you know that more than 100 women are
doing this all together you will defiantly join us !!!!

now this is made for healthy and non pregnant women,
anyone with a question can post a comment and ill answer if you can join the
program . a
for this you need to
drink a lot, prepare
many healthy snacks and do 30 min sports
like 3 times this week, which is not a lot for start my lady !
As for my snack, though its really hot weather but i am a big fan of soups
so , i make one big pot for 3 days , keep it in the fridge and you may drink
from that as much as you want " make sure its light soup". !

ps - if there is something you don't like in the
schedule , you may have substitutions in a condition that it will be the same
amount of Calories .

this is really an easy one because its a start , and we
don't want any hard starts, do we ?

You might think you eat less than that, well , no , You
don't . because it might seem like a lot of food is here, but its all
healthy food with calculated calories per day . so , hopefully that was helpful
to you as it is to my Clients . a lot of women took this for more than 2 weeks
and with 30 min sports around 3-4 times a week, they managed to lose weight more
than they have expected .
