Women have always compared themselves to other women , so you go to the mall , and you just look all around wishing to have this body or that and as frustrated as you are , you go and grab the first fatty thing you see and eat it , "comfort food" . a

But wait a minute and think " will that really help" ... No it wont, it will only make you feel worst . a

so here you go again home, forgetting and continuing your bad habits . a

 

ITS TIME YOU STOPPED THAT ..  a

Go to your fridge and see what kind of a  woman are you , go to your closet and see if you are satisfied with the clothes you wear , " do u still have that jeans you wish to wear again? "  I do . and  well .... Go to the mirror and have a good look at this face, legs, hands , breast .  did you just realize something ?  You have been ignoring yourself ...  a

its time , yes this is the time to start . a

You can do something about it all . !!! a

1 :

 stop feeling sorry for yourself, and don't say you have no time to think about yourself. coz thinking about yourself and your health and your looks will give you so much energy to think about other things important in your life. and believe me you will be making as favor to others by taking care of yourself , coz then you will just stop nagging ;) a

 

2:

go through all the things that you buy from the store and just try to substitute that with healthier foods. your family also needs new way of life just like you do. a

 

3 :

stop buying clothes your size , because you are NOT going to be this size anymore . a

4:

 set a plan , and write everything that you eat and count calories . try not to eat after a certain hour every day .. it better be 8pm. a

5:

try to walk , walking for me was Fun , and helped me to lose a lot of weight, and not only that , it really makes a nice shape to all of your body , as if you were working on every single muscle. a

  not to mention that with walking you have time to think about what's next for you, what do you want to achieve , which weight , the nice dress for the coming summer , coz you have been covering yourself with every big shirt you found " you looked good then , But you will look a  lot better and most importantly a lot more confident"  a

6:

write down your current weight .. and every week make sure to weight yourself and write the number down the previous .... just to give you a perspective of how serious you are,  Dietitians think that 0.5-1 kilo a week is healthya

you can keep this paper on your fridge to remind you of the achievement you had so you wont go and eat the next thing . a

7:

 always have healthy snacks such as :

Tuna , banana , dried fruits ,cottage cheese ,veggies , etc ...
