THE ORANGE SOUP  a

 the orange soup a

I would say this soup is for those who like soft creamy soups which is blended as the last step of the cooking . a

Every time i make this soup i just remember my brother, i always invite him when i prepare that because he really gives a lot of complements ,saying  i am a master and that he doesn't get to taste something like that any where else .. . honestly everyone can be a master in this but that's our little secret , its really the easiest ever . a

All you need is : a

{enough for 10 lunches} a

A1 onion AAA

A 5 small carrots AA

 A 2 cloves garlic   A

A 1 kg pumpkin A

A 3 small sweet potatoes A

A salt and pepper as wanted A

cream and parmesan cheese on top with a bit of fresh basil . {optional}  A

                                                                                              a

so start chopping everything, put it a boiling water, let all the veggies there till they are well cooked and be ready to blend them . A

then add to each bowl the cheese and cream . A

Bon appetite . !  A

mark --- yeh you can use this as summer as well .... it could be served as medium heat as well . once you add up cream on top ..it can honestly be served anytime

Couple of quick questions: Do you actually blend all of the veggies after cooking? How much water are you using? Also could the 1kg pumpkin be from a can? Sounds interesting. Give me a bit more detail and I'd like to give it a try.

yes amiit its mine, and happy you like it, it would be great also for kids , they love it . and one more thing .. it can actually be diet if you skip the cream part and still be amazing.
